For those of you having problems with management over the use of phone lines and other equipment, for Union business, this is for you!
Please tell your manager's to wipe away their tears long enough to reread Article 13, Section 3.
You SHALL be given access to FAA phone lines and copy machines for the purpose of conducting official labor relations business regarding grievances AND OTHER REPRESENTATIONAL MATTERS.
What you are doing constitutes "other representational matters." There is no requirement for you to list, describe or otherwise share with management the subject or content of "other representational matters." Access is not optional on his part!
